DO YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA?
Yes, we deliver to all regions across Australia.

Please note: given the increasing challenges with freight, we sometimes need to use our discretion with certain orders. In some instances, we might need to provide a full refund due to the complexity or extended time required for delivery.

HOW WILL GOODS BE DELIVERED?
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

 

  • Standard delivery by post or freight.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

FURTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION:
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.



RETURNS & REFUNDS
 

At Iri-Master, it's important to us that your purchase suits your intended use. Prior to purchasing, kindly contact our team and let us know if you have any questions or need advice before purchasing a product.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
 

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, and would like to return the goods, please note the following:
 

  • Please specify in writing, within 7 days after receipt of your goods, your intention to return the goods.

  • Please follow the "Returns Process" procedure, to ship the item to Iri-Master.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days after receipt of your goods.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Iri-Master reserves the right not to offer a refund or credit voucher based on condition of item being returned.

  • Proof of purchase is required (original tax receipt or order confirmation).

  • You will be responsible for the original delivery fee (if any), and potential restocking fee of up to 25%.



ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:
 

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

 

  • Good is broken; or

  • Good does not match description.


RETURNS PROCESS:
 

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
 

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer service team via our "Returns Form" on our website to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return. (Returns Form)
     

  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
     

  3. Pack and Ship:
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

     

  4. Inspection and Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, depending on the issuing bank, refund dates may vary.


 

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
 

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

Some products come with manufacturer warranty. Please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with warranty claims.
